Brenden is excited to serve his hometown as an inspector. This business allows him to apply the mechanical skills and knowledge he gained while completing a degree in Engineering Technology at UWF with a concentration in Construction. He’s married to Meagan who is a teacher in Santa Rosa County. Brenden and Meagan live in Milton and often can be found investing in local youth, officiating and coaching sports games, and leading in worship ministries at their church.
A condo inspection EXCLUDES the Roof, Site, Exterior, Insulation, Attached Garages/Carports and sometimes the Structure. These systems typically are owned/maintained by the Home Owner’s Association. A typical manufactured house does not provide access to the attic space. Rarely is there an attached garage.
